Education Station is the Parent Resource Center of Henry County Schools in Henry County, Virginia.
Education Station is Henry County Schools’ Parent Resource Center. It is open to the entire community with a focus on students and families. We continually encourage students to use our resources. We have 10 computers that are not only Internet ready, thanks to the generosity of SiteStar, but have many programs to help students complete school projects.
During the school year we focus on our preschool programs while school is in session. Our preschool camp give 4 year olds with no other outlet a chance to sing, make crafts and use the computers while socializing with other 4-year old children.
We invite moms of preschoolers to join us the third Wednesday of the month for Mommy and Me at 12:00. There is also a special craft and reading time for preschoolers held the fourth Wednesday of each month from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
A craft time for ages four and up is held the first Saturday of each month from 10:30-12:00.
During the summer we schedule various computer camps for our school age students.
We will use this space to keep you posted on our upcoming activities.
The Education Station is a fun place to visit and learn due to their wonderful staff. It is often used by the Henry County School staff as a central meeting place for their meetings. The staff of the Parent Resource Center is always there to help.
